It was my first time using Furniture Reuse, and I spoke to a lady named Emelda who was so nice and patient with me over the phone and via email. And made the whole process so much easier. I had a 3 seater sofa and armchair to give to a new home. The two guys that came, were so helpful in finding a way to take out the sofa and armchair. As it was proving very difficult to get down my narrow stairs. They didn’t give up, and found a way to take them out, I feel so happy that I was able to give them to a new home. I found Emelda's shop by chance when I was walking and the next day we decided to enter. The first thing that struck me was Emelda's kindness and happiness. She has very good furniture at incredible prices, and we could see that because things sell out in less than an hour after they arrive.Obviously it has become my favorite store and I think it is one of the best options if you want to buy furniture or decorations without spending your entire salary.

I got a lovely IKEA chest drawers from here, it's in great condition and was an amazing price! The boss is lovely and very kind too. Super happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this place for quality second-hand furniture.

Absolutely superb! Absolutely fabulous! I wish I had discovered this place earlier - as I have been missing out! The photos of the items that are on the website are exactly as they are when you see them in person. There are so many great furniture pieces, paintings, and knick-knacks, all laid out like a fantastic showroom. I loved the paintings that the owner painted herself. The service is also so great, very friendly. I was even given help with packing my items that I bought (a G-Plan coffee table, and some small flower vases), I am so pleased with the items I bought, the service and the whole experience. I will be back as Emelda also does upholstery classes! Definitely 5 stars out of 5!!!

We have used furniture reuse 3 times now and have been so happy all 3 times! Emelda is a lovely woman who is so helpful in organising the collection and ensuring service provided is the absolute best! Cannot commend the drivers enough either for how polite and kind they were when coming to collect the multiple and not to mention heavy furniture! Will definitely be using furniture reuse again in the future!

Good quality furniture and fantastic customer service

Emelda is incredibly kind and helpful. I bought two large and sturdy dining tables for a very reasonable price. These tables have history; I wish they could talk. I have turned them into art shrines. A new experience for them, and a thrill for me. I am so pleased to have such quality furniture in my Art Flat. Raymond and David delivered them right on time. Both were charming and helpful. Book shelves are next on my list!!

This is a great place to find something unique. We found a pair of table lamps we love and knowing that we are reusing rather than buying new, feels really good.

What a place! I can't echo this comment enough, 'I can't believe this place is so unknown by people!' It has to be the best furniture store I've been to. The items are of such great quality for incredible prices. And if that's not enough, you're supporting a great individual and cause. Emelda is welcoming and knowledgeable, a hub for community work, and somehow, has time to create stylish, originally designed upholstery and prints. I'll definitely be returning soon to get more.

I picked up a couple of large, plywood storage boxes which were in great condition. I assumed the price tag was for just one of them, but it was for both, so I consider it a bargain! Amelda was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Great place. Emelda and Donald are really very friendly and helpful people. Emelda is a really creative artist and has a lot of good arts for sale. They have a wide range of used furniture as well which is in a really very good condition. I bought 2 book shelves today. They are really nice and cheap.
